SOUND HEALING

Everything is vibration! That is something that both modern scientists as well as ancient (or modern) spiritual healers can agree on. We are all unique vibratory beings, and everything in the Universe also has a unique signature of vibration. Everything is in constant vibration, including our bodies! Dynamic health is achieved when all parts of the whole vibrate in resonance with one another. Dis-ease occurs when parts of the whole lose this resonant frequency with one another. This results in organs, tissues or entire systems that are out of sync or dissonant with the "symphony" that is the dynamic, healthy balanced whole. By restoring the body's own natural healthy resonant frequencies through Sound Healing, health is restored and maintained. States of being and emotions are also unique vibrations that affect our bodies in many ways. The vibrational states of fear, stress, greed, hate, etc. or the bombardment of these states by others, can lead to dissonance within our human symphony. We are also bombarded by many forms of man-made radiation (computers, phones, electronics, electric wires, etc) that can cause stress or discord within the body. Sound Healing can reset this vibrational balance, leading to peace, relaxation, well-being, healing on all levels, and spiritual connection.
I utilize tuning forks, toning, crystal and Tibetan singing bowls, gong, bells and other methods to introduce Sound Healing into a healing session. Sound is a powerful way to move and direct energy, open or remove energetic blockages that may be causing dis-ease, and to induce nervous system relaxation and overall health. Special tuning forks also cause vibration of our "human crystal" according to precise frequencies or ratios of frequencies based on Pythagoras, the ancient Greek musician and philosopher. Each specific interval or ratio induces a different resonant quality based on many things. There is much ancient as well as modern science behind using tuning forks and sound for healing, and these methods and principles have been utilized for millennia. Sound healing is very powerful, relaxing, invigorating, and balancing!
