Youthing: The Art and Science of Growing Young
Our human bodies were meant to live for a lot longer than 70 or 80 years! We have the capacity to live happy, healthy, productive lives well past 100, and this longevity is growing as we evolve in consciousness and expand our DNA to function better. Why would we want to live longer? In case you haven't noticed, we are in the midst of a paradigm shift where everything we know is changing faster than we can keep up! We, the awakened lightworkers on the planet, have work to do! We need to stick around longer, healthier, and finish what we started in order to assure this transition to the new Earth. We and our Earth are at a critical juncture. We don't have time to come back in another body, learn to walk and talk again, figure out who we are, and work this ascension puzzle. We are needed right here, right now! In this intensive class series, you will learn the science behind the aging process, and many practices and states of being that slow or reverse the aging process as we know it. This is actually a 5 part series that will be delivered in a weekend intensive. We will be discussing in depth and working with our Innate body intelligence, telomeres, mitochondria, stem cells, and fears.
