The wetlands are full of pre-nesting ducks, geese, red wing blackbirds, herons and other waterfowl, while the woodlands are full of cardinals, robins, blue jays, chickadees, titmouses, nuthatches and other beautiful song birds who are putting on a Spring symphony. Everywhere you look, tender green shoots of Spring bulbs and hardy plants are pushing upward through the damp earth, reaching for the Sun. Everything feels new, fresh, poised for vibrant, riotous growth. We, of Northeastern Ohio, are not completely fooled by this outrageous display. We know that Winter and Spring will do their annual dance for dominance until at least early April. But the energy of Spring is here nonetheless. How can we harness this energy to jump start our lives? Our projects? Our dreams? Our intentions?
