These are times to honor self first... to surrender to the flow... to fully trust in the wisdom and benevolence of the Universe. These are unprecedented times Dear Ones! Be gentle with yourself and others. Try to have compassion for self and others, as this keeps you out of judgment. Ground continuously. Release those things, people and situations that are draining your precious energy and dimming your Light. And refuse to let guilt enter into your energy field. You are not responsible for all the ills in the world. You are not responsible for anyone else's happiness or well being. It's time to stand tall and proud in the wisdom that you are fabulous, perfectly present in the exact place you are meant to be, and integrally important in this beautiful Ascension of our beloved Gaia.
