The bitter cold and snow has allowed many of us to take the time we have needed to recharge, reboot, go within, meditate, heal, and rest. All of this is exactly what we require to integrate the high frequency codes and energies that continue to bombard the Earth and all of us on and within Her! I know many of you are feeling isolated and lonely, stressed from the geomagnetic storms and cosmic energies, fearful about the future, and a number of other things that creep in when we are still for just a moment. What if these notions and emotions were actually giving us an opportunity to bring these things into our conscious awareness where we can then heal and release what is dragging us down? What a concept! The energy supports this now, and it is part of what these huge energies coming to Earth are all about. It is forcing the negative things to the surface to be examined in the Light!
