Greetings Soul Tribe! I'm being guided to address the energy of today since it is definitely affecting everyone and everything. If you are feeling heavy, murky, as if you are maneuvering through mud, rest assured you are not alone! It seems we are in the midst of yet another electromagnetic burst from the Galactic Center which is being radiated through our Sun. The effect is a depolarization and re-polarization of our cells and our electromagnetic fields. This is affecting our cellular processes, our emotions, our energy and our mental faculties. Instead of worrying what is wrong with us, it helps to consider it another system upgrade, which feels more like an extended reboot. Try to find time to meditate... get out in Nature. Do everything you can to stay grounded. Ask your spiritual team to assist you in integrating these very intense energies. Densities are being forced to the surface to be released, so we may be experiencing intense emotions, mental fogginess, sluggishness, strange thoughts and dreams, a need to disengage from the world. Trust that this is a benevolent and necessary update to our rapidly-evolving energy systems and nurture yourself. Nest. Practice exquisite self-care. Detach from unnecessary electronic stimulation. Read a good book. Sit by a fire or light candles. Nurture yourself with comforting food and nourishing tea. Drink plenty of fluids, as it is very easy to get dehydrated during these intense energies. Don't forget to infuse any food or drink with your loving intention and energy! Let your body guide you in how it needs to be supported. Try not to judge yourself when bizarre thoughts or emotions surface. Let go. Invite even more support from your guide team. Go within and love yourself and all of those places within you that are being activated, showing you where your unconditional love and acceptance is needed. Shadow is surfacing to be integrated, loved, accepted and faced. It is just another leg in this ascension journey! Surround yourself in Stargate energies, if you are familiar with them.
